在上周刚刚结束的学期项目中,七年级的STEAM课程迎来了一次别开生面的实践活动。同学们深入探索了3D建模技术,并将所学知识应用于桥梁设计中,展现了他们的创造力和团队协作精神。

In the semester project that just concluded last week, the seventh-grade STEAM course featured a unique and exciting practical activity. Students delved deeply into 3D modeling techniques and applied their knowledge to bridge design, showcasing their creativity and teamwork spirit.

本次课程的期末项目要求孩子们围绕桥梁主题进行设计,涵盖了梁桥、拱桥、桁架桥、斜拉桥、悬索桥等多种桥梁类型。孩子们不仅需要理解各种桥梁结构的基本原理,还要根据虚拟的选址环境,设计出既美观又实用的桥梁。

The final project for this course required the students to design bridges around various themes, including beam bridges, arch bridges, truss bridges, cable-stayed bridges, and suspension bridges. The students needed to understand the fundamental principles of different bridge structures and create bridges that are both visually appealing and practical based on a virtual site environment.

在项目中,同学们分成若干小组,每组都投入了大量的时间和精力进行研究和设计。他们利用3D建模软件,精心构建出各具特色的桥梁模型。从初步的构思到最终的完成,每一步都凝聚了孩子们的智慧和努力。

During the project, students were divided into several groups, and each group invested considerable time and effort into research and design. Utilizing 3D modeling software, they carefully crafted unique bridge models. Every step, from the initial concept to the final completion, reflected the students’ intelligence and hard work.

经过几周的紧张制作,各小组都提交了自己的作品。在这些作品中,我们看到了孩子们的无限创意和对桥梁设计的深刻理解。有的桥梁设计巧妙结合了自然景观,有的注重实用性和稳定性,充分展现了大家对于桥梁设计的全面考虑。

After several weeks of intense work, each group submitted their creations. In these works, we witnessed the boundless creativity of the students and their deep understanding of bridge design. Some bridge designs skillfully integrated natural landscapes, while others emphasized practicality and stability, fully demonstrating everyone’s comprehensive approach to bridge design.
