大家好！
未来之城2025-2026年度的比赛又要拉开序幕啦。我校在过去几年的比赛中积累了丰富的经验，也取得了斐然的成绩，我们的作品Lotupolis和C-Wave都获得了全国特等奖，清元城和楼兰新城也获得过全国一等奖。并且，我们的队员们也有幸代表中国两次前往美国华盛顿参加了未来之城的国际赛。

如果你喜欢科学研究，善于撰写学术文章；抑或是你乐于动手，热爱模型制作，那么就请加入到未来之城的快乐体验中来吧！在这里，你伟大的想法都会被得到尊重，你的想象也将会在团队协作中得以实现。
下一学期，未来之城将会以ASA的形式在周二和周五进行。同时，为了保证大家有充足的比赛准备和模型搭建的时间，我们在临近比赛的部分周末可能会进行一些集训。
现在，我们面向2025-2026学年6、7、8、9年级（即当前5、6、7、8年级）的同学公开招募未来之城核心成员，面试时间为2025年5月30日（周五）ASA时间段（16:10-17:30），于B106进行，预计耗时80分钟。欢迎想在未来之城比赛中再创辉煌的你积极报名参加！
如果你愿意参加面试，请通过此报名表进行报名。现场将从团队合作、模型制作、模型制图、学术论文、英文表达等五个方面进行考察。你只需要在其中的某一项或某几项里表现突出即可。
本轮报名截止5月25日（周日）晚上23:00。

Dear students:
The Future City 2025-2026 competition is about to kick off again. Our school has accumulated rich experience and achieved great results in last year’s competition. Our works Lotupolis and C-wave won the national grand prize, Tingyuan City and Loulan City won first prize. Moreover, our team members were honored to represent China twice to participate in the international competition in Washington, D.C., USA.

If you like scientific research and are good at writing academic articles, or if you like to work hands-on activities and modeling, please join us in the fun experience of Future City! Here, your great ideas will be respected and your imagination will be realized through teamwork.
Next semester, Future City will take place on Tuesdays and Fridays as an ASA. In the meantime, to ensure that everyone has plenty of time to prepare for the competition and build their models, we may have some intensives on some of the weekends closer to the competition.
We now have an open call for Future City core members for students in grades 6, 7, 8, and 9 (i.e., current grades 5, 6, 7, and 8) for the 2025-2026 school year. Interviews will be held on Friday, May 30, 2025 in the ASA time slot (16:10-17:30) in B106, and are expected to take up to 80 minutes. We welcome active applications from those of you who would like to have another crack at the Future City competition!
If you would like to attend an interview, please register via this application form. The candidates will be examined in five aspects: teamwork, modeling, model drafting, academic paper, and English expression. You just need to excel in one or more of them.
Registration for this round closes at 11:00 pm on Sunday, May 25th, 2025.
