清香未来之城团队期末总结会：我们的成长与梦想Tsingxiang Future City Team Final Wrap-up: Our Growth and Dreams

2025年1月14日，未来之城竞赛团队的同学们在C座一楼舞台举办了一场属于我们自己的期末总结会。这不仅是一次展示和答辩，更是对我们一学期努力与成长的回顾。作为活动的策划者之一，我们想和大家分享这场活动的点滴，以及我们一路走来的心路历程。
On January 14, 2025, the students of the Future City Competition Team held a final wrap-up presentation of our own on the first-floor stage of Building C. The event was a great opportunity for the students to learn more about their work. It was not only a presentation, but also a review of our efforts and growth throughout the semester. As the planners of the event, we would like to share with you the bits and pieces of this event and our journey along the way.
从策划到展示：我们的努力与收获From Planning to Presentation: Our Efforts and Rewards
这次总结会完全由我们学生团队自主策划和组织。从邀请家长和老师，到布置场地、安排流程，每一个细节都是我们亲手完成的。虽然过程中有些小紧张，但看到家长们和老师们陆续到场，坐在台下期待地看着我们，心里更多的是激动和自豪。
This final wrap-up presentation was completely planned and organized by our student team on our own. From inviting parents and teachers, to setting up the venue and arranging the process, every detail was done by our own hands. Although we were a little nervous during the process, we were more excited and prouder to see the parents and teachers arriving one after another and sitting under the stage looking at us expectantly.
活动开始后，我们首先进行了模拟展示和答辩。这是我们为即将到来的国际赛做的一次练兵。站在台上，面对台下的“评委”，我们像真正的参赛者一样，自信地介绍我们的漂浮城市设计，回答每一个问题。虽然有些问题让部分同学一时语塞，但正是这些挑战让我们意识到，我们还有可以改进的地方。
The event started with a mock presentation and defense. This was our practice for the upcoming international competition. Standing on the stage, facing the “judges”, we confidently introduced our floating city design and answered every question like real contestants. Although some of the questions left some students speechless for a while, it was these challenges that made us realize that there is still room for improvement.
接下来，每个团队成员都上台分享了自己的成长故事。有人谈到自己在设计模型时的灵光一现，有人提到在团队讨论中学会了倾听与表达，还有人分享了在比赛过程中如何克服困难、突破自我。听着大家的分享，我们深深地感受到，这一学期，我们不仅在知识上有所收获，更在团队合作、沟通能力和抗压能力上得到了极大的提升。
Next, each team member took the stage to share their growth stories. Some people talked about their own flash of insight when designing models, some mentioned that they learned to listen and express themselves in team discussions, and others shared how they overcame difficulties during the competition. Listening to everyone’s sharing, we deeply felt that in this semester, we not only gained knowledge, but also greatly improved in teamwork, communication ability and stress resistance.
全国第二名的背后：我们的坚持与梦想Behind the Second Place in the Country: Our Persistence and Dreams
在本学期的全国总决赛中，我们未来之城团队获得了全国第二名的好成绩！这是对我们一学期努力的最大肯定。更让我们兴奋的是，我们将代表中国前往美国华盛顿参加2月份的国际赛！这是我们的梦想，也是我们的责任。
At the national finals this semester, our Future City team won second place in the country! This is the greatest recognition of our efforts in the semester. What makes us even more excited is that we will represent China to go to Washington D.C., USA to participate in the international competition in February!
总结会上，辛校长和杜校长也来到了现场。辛校长在听完我们的分享后，非常欣慰地表扬了我们。她说：“好的教育就是要为孩子们提供能够支撑教育活动的硬件与空间，还要能找到优秀的教师，更要给孩子们成长的时间。”这句话让我们感触很深。正是因为学校给了我们这样的平台和支持，我们才能勇敢地追求自己的梦想。
At the presentation, Principal Cynthia and Principal Du also came to the scene. After listening to our sharing, Principal Cynthia was very pleased to praise us. She said, “A good education is to provide students with hardware and space that can support educational activities, but also to be able to find good teachers, and more importantly, to give students time to grow.” This statement struck a chord with us. It is because the school gives us such a platform and support that we can bravely pursue our dreams.
辛校长还提到，在团队合作中，难免会遇到想法不一致的情况，但这正是我们学习权衡与妥协的机会。的确，在团队中，我们有时会因为意见不同而争论，但正是这些争论让我们学会了如何更好地合作，如何把每个人的优势发挥到最大。
Principal Cynthia also mentioned that in teamwork, it is inevitable that we will encounter situations where we do not share the same ideas, but this is an opportunity for us to learn about trade-offs and compromises. It is true that in a team, we sometimes argue because we have different opinions, but it is these arguments that allow us to learn how to work better together and how to maximize everyone’s strengths.
家长与老师的支持：我们的动力源泉Parent and Teacher Support: Our Source of Motivation
这次总结会是我们团队的展示，也是一次与家长和老师们的深度交流。看到家长们认真聆听我们的分享，老师们频频点头认可，我们感到无比温暖。家长们的支持和老师们的指导，是我们一路走来的动力源泉。
This wrap-up presentation was a showcase of our team and an in-depth exchange with parents and teachers. Seeing the parents listening attentively to our sharing and the teachers nodding their heads frequently in recognition, we felt immensely warm. Parents’ support and teachers’ guidance is the source of motivation for us to go all the way.
活动结束后，许多家长和老师都对我们竖起了大拇指。听到他们的夸奖，我们心里既开心又感动。这不仅仅是对我们成绩的肯定，更是对我们成长过程的认可。
After the event, many parents and teachers gave us a thumbs up. We were both happy and touched to hear their compliments. It was not only an affirmation of our achievements, but also a recognition of our growth process.
展望国际赛：我们的未来与期待Looking Ahead to the Internationals: Our Future and Expectations
总结会的最后，我们团队一起合影留念。看着镜头里每个人灿烂的笑容，我们知道，这不仅仅是一次总结，更是一个新的起点。2月份的国际赛即将到来，我们将带着清香的精神，带着家长和老师们的期望，勇敢地走向世界舞台。
At the end of the wrap-up presentation, our team took a group photo together. Looking at everyone’s bright smiles in the camera, we knew that this was not just a wrap-up, but also a new starting point. With the International Competition coming up in February, we will bravely go to the world stage with the spirit of Tsingxiang and the expectations of our parents and teachers.
未来的路还很长，但我们相信，只要坚持梦想，勇敢前行，我们一定能创造更多的奇迹！
The road ahead is still long, but we believe that if we stick to our dreams and move forward bravely, we will be able to create miracles.
