编程竞赛班开展“大帮小”活动，孩子们化身小老师The programming competition class holds a “peer to peer” activity, where students become young teachers

近日，我校编程竞赛班成功举办了一场别开生面的“大帮小”活动，旨在通过高年级孩子帮助低年级孩子学习编程知识，促进班级内部的交流与合作，同时提升孩子们的团队合作能力和编程技能。活动中，孩子们积极担当起小老师的角色，展现出了极高的热情和责任感。

Recently, our school’s programming competition class successfully held a unique peer to peer tutoring activity, aiming to help older children learn programming knowledge, promote communication and cooperation within the class, and enhance children’s teamwork and programming skills. During the activity, the children actively took on the role of little teachers, demonstrating a high level of enthusiasm and sense of responsibility.

在教学过程中，小老师们耐心细致地讲解编程知识，通过生动的案例和有趣的练习，引导低年级孩子们逐步掌握编程的基本概念和操作方法。他们不仅解答了孩子们的疑问，还鼓励他们动手实践，亲自编写程序，体验编程的乐趣。

During the teaching process, the young teachers patiently and meticulously explain programming knowledge, guiding lower grade students to gradually master the basic concepts and operating methods of programming through vivid cases and interesting exercises. They not only answered the children’s questions but also encouraged them to practice and write programs themselves, experiencing the fun of programming.

低年级的孩子们在小老师的指导下，积极投入到学习中。他们认真听讲，积极提问，努力编写程序，不断提高自己的编程水平。在学习过程中，孩子们不仅掌握了编程知识，还学会了如何与他人合作、如何有效地沟通和交流。

Lower-grade students actively engage in learning under the guidance of their young teachers. They listen attentively, actively ask questions, work hard to write programs, and constantly improve their programming skills. During the learning process, children not only master programming knowledge but also learn how to cooperate with others and effectively communicate and exchange ideas.
