关于Botball:起源于MIT的科技挑战 About Botball: A Tech Challenge Born at MIT
Botball国际机器人大赛起源于美国麻省理工学院(MIT),最初是本科生的课程项目(6.270课程),后因其卓越的教育价值被推广至K-12领域,至今已有超过20年历史。
The Botball International Robotics Competition originated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), initially as an undergraduate course project (6.270). Due to its exceptional educational value, it was later expanded to the K-12 level and has a history of over 20 years.
这项赛事不仅是国际公认的工程教育标杆项目,更获得了美国国家航空航天局(NASA)、iRobot公司、美国海军实验室等顶尖机构的支持,覆盖全球70多个国家和地区。
This competition is not only an internationally recognized benchmark program in engineering education but has also received support from prestigious organizations such as NASA, iRobot Corporation, and the U.S. Naval Research Laboratory, reaching over 70 countries and regions worldwide.

与常规遥控类比赛不同,Botball是典型的“自主机器人”工程挑战赛,其难度和含金量体现在:
Unlike conventional remote-controlled competitions, Botball is a classic “autonomous robot” engineering challenge. Its difficulty and significance are reflected in the following aspects:
1. 全自主运行: 比赛全程不允许遥控。机器人必须在选手编写的程序驱动下,独立完成场地上的复杂任务。
1. Fully Autonomous Operation: Remote control is strictly prohibited throughout the competition. Robots must independently complete complex tasks on the field, driven solely by programs written by the participants.
2. 现场发布“神秘任务”: 除了常规任务,比赛当天才会公布临时任务。选手需在极短时间内现场编程、调试机械结构,考验的是真正的临场解题能力与抗压心态。
2. On-Site “Mystery Tasks”: In addition to the regular missions, temporary tasks are only announced on the day of the competition. Participants must program and adjust mechanical structures on the spot in an extremely short time – a true test of real-time problem-solving skills and mental resilience under pressure.
3. 工程思维闭环: 参赛者不仅要写代码,还要动手搭建机械结构、调校传感器、进行策略规划。这是编程能力、机械工程素养与团队协作的综合大考。
3. Closed-Loop Engineering Thinking: Competitors not only write code but also build mechanical structures, calibrate sensors, and formulate strategic plans. This is a comprehensive examination of programming ability, mechanical engineering literacy, and teamwork.

在2026年全球总决赛现场,面对来自多个国家和地区的顶尖选手,我们的四位小将沉着应战。
At the 2026 Global Finals, facing top-tier contestants from multiple countries and regions, our four young competitors performed with composure and determination.
无论是高年级的精准策略执行,还是低年级小将的临场应变,他们都在高压下展现出了清香学子卓越的科学素养与探究精神。从集训时对刁钻题目的反复优化,到赛场上对突发状况的冷静处理,金奖不仅代表极高的技术水平,更是对孩子综合素质的权威认证。
Whether it was the precise strategy execution of the upper-grade students or the quick adaptability of the lower-grade participants, all of them demonstrated outstanding scientific literacy and a spirit of inquiry that embodies the excellence of THISDL students. From repeatedly optimizing solutions to challenging problems during training camps to calmly handling unexpected situations on the competition floor, this gold award represents not only an exceptionally high level of technical skill but also an authoritative recognition of the students’ overall competence.
